• Centralized Support: Maa Ki Chai handles all aspects of packaging, logistics, marketing, and IT infrastructure (both online and offline) to help our franchisees boost sales and enhance brand value. Our primary goal is to maximize profits for every member of the franchise family.

• Standardized Equipment: All necessary equipment for setting up a franchise will be sourced from our trusted partner vendors, ensuring uniform quality across all outlets. While the equipment prices are pre-negotiated, slight variations may occur due to market conditions and individual outlet space requirements. The equipment is included as part of the franchise agreement.

• Specialized Training: We believe that making the perfect cup of "Gud Chai" is an art, and we provide free training to all our franchisees. This hands-on training will take place at our home branch or the nearest Maa Ki Chai outlet to ensure consistent quality across all locations.

• Interior and Branding: Franchisees have the option to either use Maa Ki Chai's selected vendors for interior setup or handle it themselves, provided they maintain the brand’s standards and display guidelines.

• Exclusive Tea Formula: The franchisee must source the tea formula set (including tea powder, jaggery, and tea masala) from Maa Ki Chai. Prices for these materials may fluctuate based on raw material costs.

• Territory Protection: We maintain a territory alignment radius of 2 KM between Maa Ki Chai outlets to prevent market saturation and maximize footfall for each franchise location.

• Snacks and Additional Items: In addition to our signature "Gud Chai," franchises are allowed to serve pre-approved snacks like bun maska, biscuits, sandwiches, and local favorites such as vada, dosa, poha, etc. Cold drinks, water bottles, lassi, and chhaas can also be sold, and all profits from these additional items go directly to the franchise owner. We do not take any profit from snack sales.
