Why Chhindwara for a chai kiosk
Two listed sites: Railway station / Gandhi Ganj / Nai Abadi, and opposite ICICI ATM, Sinchai Colony, Mohan Nagar.
That is proof the town supports more than one corner if they are not twins. Copy that logic, do not clone the same platform.
Maa Ki Chai already operates in Chhindwara. Additional corners are evaluated if footfall does not cannibalise an existing counter.
Both Chhindwara pins are on the homepage outlet list.
Suggested formats
Station kiosk or colony-market counter.

Investment & returns
Typical Chhindwara partners can claim the ₹1.7 lakh Diwali offer (regular ₹2 lakh), plus working capital. Expected monthly profit ranges from ₹20,000 to ₹1,00,000 depending on footfall. Product margins are 40–50% on core chai.
What is the minimum investment?
The Standard 75+ sq ft kiosk is available at the limited-time Diwali offer of ₹1.7 lakh (regular ₹2 lakh). High-traffic pitches may use a ₹2.25 lakh plan.
Is there royalty?
No. Maa Ki Chai is a zero royalty chai franchise. You pay a one-time fee and keep 100% of profits.
Is Maa Ki Chai already in Chhindwara?
Yes — two mapped outlets. A third needs a new catchment.
Station vs colony?
Station is speed; colony is repeat neighbourhood cups. Different labour patterns.
