Territory model
Exclusive, but performance-based
The territory is a 200 km radius from the approved Maa Ki Chai partner outlet and is exclusive to the partner under the written agreement.
The initial agreement period is three years. Exclusive rights continue only while the partner meets the agreed performance targets, with an expected benchmark of 5–10 successfully opened franchises per year.
Clear continuation terms
If the agreed target is not met, Maa Ki Chai may appoint another partner in the territory and exclusive territory rights may end.
The partner's own outlet may continue under normal Maa Ki Chai franchise terms, but exclusive territory rights will end.
