Location is the single most important factor determining your franchise success. A well-chosen location can generate 300+ daily customers, while a poor location may struggle with 50–100 customers. We help you identify and secure high-potential locations.
Ideal location types

No. Maa Ki Chai is a zero royalty chai franchise. You pay a one-time fee and keep 100% of profits.
How much space is needed?
A kiosk can start from about 100 sq ft. Larger 150–200 sq ft outlets are available for premium plans.
How fast is setup?
After agreement and payment, setup typically takes 10 days including branding, equipment and launch support. Training is one intensive day.
What five items does the kiosk sell?
The daily board is chai + Maggi + idli + cold coffee + hot coffee. Very Tasty Chai starts at ₹15. Jaggery chai premix is the shop/special pack, not a sixth hero SKU on the counter.
