You can sell premix packs online / WhatsApp without opening a kiosk — shop URLs are on this site. The franchise counter is the five daily SKUs; jaggery is the shop/special, not a sixth hero item.
What is the minimum investment?
The Maa Ki Chai one-time franchise fee is ₹2 lakh for the standard ~100 sq ft kiosk. High-traffic pitches may use a ₹2.25 lakh plan.
Is there royalty?
No. Maa Ki Chai is a zero royalty chai franchise. You pay a one-time fee and keep 100% of profits.

Retail packs are on the shop. A kiosk is a separate franchise agreement.
