What is the minimum investment?
The Maa Ki Chai one-time franchise fee is ₹2 lakh for the standard ~100 sq ft kiosk. High-traffic pitches may use a ₹2.25 lakh plan.
Is there royalty?
No. Maa Ki Chai is a zero royalty chai franchise. You pay a one-time fee and keep 100% of profits.
Machine required?
No espresso machine. SOP milk-coffee on the same 1-day training as chai and Maggi.
Does every site get hot coffee?
Default yes. Screening can slim a menu if the pitch is chai-only — we will say so before you pay.
