Our menu is built for a 75+ sq ft kiosk: Very Tasty Chai (from ₹15), idli, cold coffee and hot coffee. Jaggery chai premix is the shop/special. Recipes and portion SOPs come in the 1-day training.
How the five SKUs split the day
- 6–11am: idli + hot coffee + Very Tasty Chai
- 11am–4pm: chai + hot coffee
- 4pm–close: cold coffee + chai

What is the minimum investment?
The Standard 75+ sq ft kiosk is available at the limited-time Diwali offer of ₹1.7 lakh (regular ₹2 lakh). High-traffic pitches may use a ₹2.25 lakh plan.
Is there royalty?
No. Maa Ki Chai is a zero royalty chai franchise. You pay a one-time fee and keep 100% of profits.
How much space is needed?
The minimum area is 75 sq ft, with no maximum area limit. Each site is screened for layout, utilities and footfall.
How fast is setup?
After agreement and payment, setup typically takes 10 days including branding, equipment and launch support. Training is one intensive day.
What is included in the ₹1.7 lakh kiosk menu?
The Standard Kiosk Plan menu is chai + idli + cold coffee + hot coffee. Very Tasty Chai starts at ₹15. Jaggery chai premix is the shop/special pack, not a fifth hero SKU on the counter.
Is there a campus, mall or office café plan besides the ₹1.7 lakh Diwali-offer kiosk?
Yes. The Complete Campus/Institutional Café Outlet Plan is ₹5,00,000 All-Inclusive with GST Included. Transportation, installation and standard setup are included. There is no royalty or profit sharing.
